Although this patient had a broad nose from the front view the side view is reasonable. Nevertheless, her thick skin required the tip to be placed under some tension in order to aid the refinement and so tip projection was increased slightly to help with tip refinement.

Slight increase in tip projection has subtley improved the side profile with a more feminine nose. This was performed primarily to help with the tip refinement as seen from the front view in view of her thick skin
