Ultrasonic rhinoplasty before and after photos

Patient with a very broad nose . She displays a wide width to the nasal bones but also a bulbous tip and wide nostrils

Ultrasonic bone remodelling to reduce the bone width combined with a tip refinement and alar base(nostril) reduction

Although this patient had a broad nose from the front view the side view is reasonable. Nevertheless, her thick skin required the tip to be placed under some tension in order to aid the refinement and so tip projection was increased slightly to help with tip refinement.

Slight increase in tip projection has subtley improved the side profile with a more feminine nose. This was performed primarily to help with the tip refinement as seen from the front view in view of her thick skin

Nasal bones were narrowed by sculpting using the ultrasonic approach. Tip refinement and alar base reduction also performed
